Emphatetic - Non-Judgmental - Creative I'm Tamara Kuselman, an Argentinian ACC graduate and professional visual artist diving into mental health themes. Growing up in an alternative therapies environment, I've been fascinated by human interdependencies. My artistic journey explores control, trauma, and perspective shifts. Collaborating with psychiatric clients sparked my coaching passion, focusing on personalized, empathetic support. In response to COVID's impact, I expanded my studies to offer one-on-one coaching and counseling, integrating diverse therapeutic techniques. Committed to fostering awareness, overcoming obstacles, and guiding personal growth, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and development in various life areas.

Through coaching and counselling, we will commit to recognizing and exploring the issues that you need to address. My role as your coach entails listening with empathy to understand your reality and circumstances, and creating a deep, non-judgmental connection, which will allow you to explore your emotions and identify your desires, aspirations, and goals. Together, we will observe obstacles, develop action plans, and use various tools and techniques to assist you. The goal of our work is to raise awareness of the patterns that impact your emotional well-being while working towards a healthier path.
