Empathic - Highly intuitive - Believer The name of my company -House of Awareness, directly relates to who I am as a person. Awareness and understanding are my motivators. From a very young age, I developed an interest in stories. I searched for them in books magazines and people. I see magic in every person's story and I always try to understand it.
As I was developing throughout my life I managed to advance my good listening skills to active listening. I also became more aware of my core strenghts - my empathy, compassion, and willingness to help others. In each coaching session, I get the opportunity to apply any and a combination of them. With these tools, I increase the self-awareness of my clients and show them the diamonds they are.

My goal is a safe, tranquil environment where my clients can be themselves in my session. This is an essential part of the coaching process with me. I strive to have sessions free of judgment and ego.

We dive into the topic and uncover any underlying layers that affect them during a session. Sometimes a lot of emotions and insight can come during the conversation. That's totally ok. When emotions emerge, this signifies that the event is still touching us and there is a need for healing.

Through being open and honest, I serve as the client's mirror and reflect on what I see from them in a kind and companionate way. However, in my coaching, we aim to heal and move forward, so once we have uncovered the true essence of the topic, we work together towards its better understanding. After that, we move to create an effective action plan that is sustainable and beneficial in the long-term.
