My goal is a safe, tranquil environment where my clients can be themselves in my session. This is an essential part of the coaching process with me. I strive to have sessions free of judgment and ego. We dive into the topic and uncover any underlying layers that affect them during a session. Sometimes a lot of emotions and insight can come during the conversation. That's totally ok. When emotions emerge, this signifies that the event is still touching us and there is a need for healing. Through being open and honest, I serve as the client's mirror and reflect on what I see from them in a kind and companionate way. However, in my coaching, we aim to heal and move forward, so once we have uncovered the true essence of the topic, we work together towards its better understanding. After that, we move to create an effective action plan that is sustainable and beneficial in the long-term. In my sessions, openness and honesty are key.
